This phone is very SENSITIVE! You must be very careful with the direct connect button when taking it out of your pocket or purse. Other wise the phone is very durable and the functions are okay.

Only had phone a few days but so far I`m pleased. Sound quality better than some people advertised. My only complaint is that its bigger than I expected, I`m not a texter. I have a computer for email and surfing the web so all in all I`m pleased and I think that most of the complaints are from customers who had really high expectation for a free to cheap phone.

Sound quality is horrible on direct connect. Cannot understand other callers and they cannot understand me. Phone sound is ok, nothing exceptional.

I am 100% dissatisfied with the product and service rendered by LetsTalk.com and Sprint. I should not have ordered on line as I did not have the chance to visually review the products. I sent the first phone, Samsung Trender, back at a shipping cost paid by me of approximately $35.00. With the Sprint $49.99 plan I was offered limited phone models. I would have preferred the LG Marquee, but because of my "cheap plan" I was penalized?? My first bill from Sprint, sent by mail, was $76.55 Including $2.33 prorated charges from Oct. 21 to Oct. 21. After talking to a Sprint representative it was determined a mistake had been made and my bill would be corrected. It was not, I paid the $76.55 with verbal statement of next month's bill being credited back. I am still, per "My Account" on my phone being charged $71.55. This service is totally unacceptable.

This phone is pretty solid. I just wish a few things were different like not having to pull up the symbols menu just to use a punctuation mark; that should have been programmed into the '1' button. Overall, I have no complaints about this phone right now but a month is too soon to tell in my opinion.
