I hate... and I can not stress that enough... HATE this god forsaken phone... It beeps randomly when I dont have texts. It constantly has all my text messages under the wrong names. Its constantly calling people from my pocket and racking up my minutes and making me go over... I have been dealing with this phone for way to long... I am so sick of it.

This phone is terrible. It was one of sprints free phones this month, and due to the fact that the other two were either old, or too similar to the one I just had, I went with this one despite all of the terrible reviews. The first day I got it it tried to call 911, it butt-dialed Sprint, and sent my friend 6 blank messages. I put it on lock but that did not help what so ever. All in all, I would definitely NOT get this phone. You will just end up hating it.

THIS PHONE IS THE WORST. I have had this phone since September, oh wait, no this is my THIRD REPLACEMENT. This phone has caused so much frustration it is ridiculous!!! The only decent thing about the phone is the battery life!!! It drops calls, it texts all the wrong people, it constantly freezes and it automatically deletes my text messages. The greatest part is I can't get out of my contract and all Sprint does is keep sending me the same stupid phone!!! Why can't I get a new phone that actually works? How hard is that???

Not a great phone, but not completely terrible, either. Really hard to answer calls--takes several swipes with my left thumb. Same with ending a call (takes 2 steps). Touch screen is otherwise a bit too sensitive. Turns off at the top, so doesn't usually call people by itself (a problem with my last phone), so that's a plus. Accessories fairly easy to use. Good thickness and heft--particularly with the case (otherwise too slippery).

THIS PHONE MAKES ME RAGE!!! It mixes up my contacts when I text, It takes numerous steps just to hang up the phone, You literally have to stab the screen with your finger to get it to work, Scrolling is almost impossible, There is like a 20 second lag when changing screens... Don't get me wrong, I am very grateful to have a phone. However, I have never had problems like this before. Overall, this phone is more of a stresser than a luxury. I have had only two phones (KATANA, LOTUS) in the course of six years...each lasting three years before I was forced to update. I have not even had this phone for a month and it is already causing more problems than it is worth.
